Thus, between 2004-2007, Project Fix Nigeria Consulting became a major consultant and supplier of Diesel (AGO) petroleum product to NITEL under the management of PENTASCOPE of Netherlands. Which saw Project Fix Nigeria Consulting in facilitating swift-link between PENTASCOPE the handler of NITEL and the Presidency in Aso-Rock Villa, State House, to overcome protocol delays.

Between 2005-2012, Project Fix Nigeria Consulting seal a partnership and collaborative deal with the Office of Head of Service of the Federation (OHSF), under the leadership of the then Head of Service (HOS), Alhaji Yayale Ahmed, who approved the proposal of Project Fix Nigeria Consulting on a nationwide economic empowerment inclusions of Civil Servants, Military and Para-Military organisations in an industrial Agriculture Farm Settlements (Titled: Fish-4-Wealth Initiative, and later rechristened the G-NET Villages).

It was to be established on an already identified 100,000 hectare of farmland in Kokona LG, Nasarawa State (about 30-45 minutes drive from Abuja-FCT)

This inspired Alhaji Yayale Ahmed's inauguration of OHSF/PFN Legal/Execution Committtee in 2007, but protocols and delays was a big issue.

The OHSF/PFN Committee members began work with passion and commitment to create the largest pre-and pos-retirement economic empowerment for serving, about-to-retire and the coming generations of Civil Servants against "uncertain future after service to one’s nation.

The Project Fix Nigeria Consulting’s team worked so hard, networked and secured deals with crucial partners like CBN, Niverian Agric Insurance Corporation (NAziC), First Bank, Union Bank, Foreign Techical Partner called China Sharing-Now Technology Inc.

The masterplan of the Fish-4-Wealth Initiative (G-NET Village) was to established an end-to-end turnkey clusters in Abuja-FCT and accross the 6-geo-political regions of Nigeria.

Thus, the 100,000 hectares (1.5million plots) of farmlands with a huge flowing river in the earth of the land in Kokona LG, Nasarawa State, was supposed to be the pioneering pilot scheme.

The above became huge frustrations to PFN Consulting and the final albatross of moving forward with the legal/Executiin Dynamics Committees.

The OHSF/PFN File on the Fish-4-Wealth Initiative (G-NETVillage ) was over 700-1,000 pages containing diverse documents and distilled informations .

Each new PS always insisted on first reading through the entire 700-1000 pages , before he or she can act further..

Between 2014-2016, Project Fix Nigeria Consulting went into multi-collaborations with
DG, NAFDAC under Dr. Paul Orhii, CON, Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Center (NAFRC) under Air Vice-Marshal John Morgan (Rtd) and Federal College of Fishery and Marine Technology, under Dr Abiodun , the Provost, Leadway Insurance , which led-to the kick-off Fish-4-Wealth Cluster Initiative for production of pond and fresh water fishing known as Mari-culture, fish processing, smoking and packaging into cartons for end users marketplace...

Part of the working activities of Project Fix Nigeria Consulting was in collaboration with the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) on Niger-Delta Youths Training, Post'Training Empowerment kits, business registration, rental of shops and Mentorship of each beneficiary across the Niger-Delta corridors (9 States)
